Cable and lace cardigan

Straight, round-necked cardigan with dropped sleeves - perfect for wearing over a dress or blouse. All the different twisted and openwork stitches give the pattern a truly elegant, timeless effect. This design looks good on people of all ages.

It is knitted in CIRRUS yarn, a noble yarn made with super soft, ultra light baby alpaca. This lovely, fancy yarn beautifully sets off the intricate stitching without pulling or misshaping.

The cardigan is knitted on 6 mm and 6.5 mm needles. You will also need some round stitch-markers to mark the armholes.

Stitches used: 2x2 rib, stocking stitch, reverse stocking stitch, honeycomb stitch and openwork stitch.

Machine wash, dry flat.
