Boatneck striped sweater

Knitted in IDEAL yarn, the straight shape and wide boat neck make this a totally new take on the traditional sailor sweater.

We like the interplay of the stripes and the extra-wide contrasting one that liven the sweater up and add a more modern touch.

This stripy sweater is knitted on 3.5 mm and 4 mm needles. You will also need some round stitch-markers to mark the armholes.

Stitches used: 1x1 rib, stocking stitch and striped stocking stitch.

Machine wash on wool cycle, tumble dry.
