Batwing sweater

This shaped design with its batwing sleeves is knitted in CIRRUS, a yarn that’s incredibly light and soft because it’s made with baby alpaca.

We like the soft, bulky texture of this noble yarn, and the structure of the sweater, which outlines the features beautifully. We particularly like the textured effect produced by the ribbing, highlighted by the yarn’s slight shimmer.

Knitted on 5 mm and 6 mm needles. You’ll be using round stitch markers on the sleeves to show which bit needs to be set in the armhole.

Stitches used: 2x1 rib and garter stitch.

Machine wash on wool cycle, dry flat.
